And now, after 11 great years, we are ready to take the next step and further expand our growing opportunities and influence on the European market, by joining Waracle, a well-established UK digital product consultancy, that designs and engineers digital products trusted by millions of people.
With this step, HackSoft is going to become Waracle Bulgaria.

When we started working with Waracle on a client project, we found that they are just like us - we share the same values, we both cherish our people, and we are dedicated to delivering the best solutions. Working together felt natural - almost as if we were working along ourselves.

Our vision has always been to become the go-to "Solutions Company" for businesses facing complex software challenges, while creating a supportive and inclusive atmosphere, where each team member is valued and has a sense of belonging.
We saw that same motivation in the eyes of the folks at Waracle - as their motto states, they want to “do great work, have fun, go home happy.”
One of our core values - “Walk the extra mile” - has been driving us to do something on top of the basic workload, helping the process of development move seamlessly. Walking the extra mile is doing some additional research, sharing knowledge across teams, suggesting ideas and making sure that the work gets done.
The Waracle team saw that in full action, and it was clear that their way of thinking and running things is quite similar to ours. We both strive for creating environments where people are inspired to be their best, with a shared commitment to diversity and inclusion.
